A Rwandan Gospel artist, Charles Kagame got married to Immaculee Umuhoza in an amazing ceremony that took place in Nairobi Kenya.
The 'Amakuru' hitmaker revealed that getting married won't stop him from doing music as some have been wondering about based on other artists. Instead, he confirmed that this is going to be way better since his wife will be supporting his music career. With that, he alerted a new song, "My wife will support me, share ideas as well. Very soon, get ready for a new song," Kagame said.
The Australian-based Rwandan, Kagame said that before going back to Australia, after the wedding they will have to come and stay in Rwanda. He is a Christian in the 'Lifehouse Church' located in Coffs Harbour City. In the industry, his hit songs are 'Ahindura Ibihe', 'Tubagarure', 'Ntuzibagirwe', 'Naragukunze', 'Amakuru, 'Uranyuzwe', and 'Umuzingo' amongst others.
When he joined music, he was immediately signed under Moriah Entertainment, a Gospel Expert Company that supports gospel talents, initiated by Eric Mushukano Mugisha. Patient Bizimana, Aline Gahongayire, Gaby Kamanzi, Richard Nick Ngendahayo, Kanuma Damascene, Fortran Bigirimana, and others are among the biggest name under Moriah Entertainment as well.
In February 2021, Charles Kagame released his ‘Amakuru’ which boosted his name and it was after an accident he had from which he got his arm broken. While sharing this song, he told InyaRwanda that he wrote this song in a way to warn people to just be humble in whatever they might possess since God is the provider of it all, “The song is about people who are over proud due to respect they have in the community yet it is God the provider. I wanted to warn them and remind them the best role model for Christian is Jesus Christ who always treated everyone with love and humbleness. One can be a high profiled person, but still in all be humble,” he said.
