Apostle Arome Osayi, founder and Senior Pastor of Remnant Christian Network (RCN), is set to make his first visit to Rwanda for an evangelistic conference. The event, dubbed 'Rwanda Apostolic Visit,' will feature popular Rwandan gospel artist Chryso Ndasingwa.
RCN, established in 2006, is an evangelistic ministry led by Nigerian-born Apostle Osayi. The organization aims to restore apostolic order and early Christian practices while emphasizing the second coming of Jesus Christ.
Speaking to InyaRwanda, Yves Ndanyuzwe of RCN Rwanda expressed high expectations for the conference. "Apostle Arome Osayi is known for his revival teachings that draw people closer to God. We anticipate this visit will spark a revival in many hearts," he said.
The conference is scheduled for Thursday, July 4, 2024, at the Kigali Serena Hotel, starting at 5 PM. Entry is free, and organizers plan to make it an annual event.
Apostle Osayi, an accomplished author and entrepreneur, founded RCN in Makurdi, Benue State, Nigeria. He has written several Christian books, including 'Kingdom Recalibration' and 'Decimating Demonic Devises.' Married to Dinah Osayi for over 15 years, he accepted Christ at the age of seven.
The visit, organized at the invitation of African Leadership University (ALU), is expected to support and encourage the local church in fulfilling its mission.
Featured artist Chryso Ndasingwa, known for hits like "Wahozeho" and "Ndakwihaye," recently made history by filling the BK Arena for his "Wahozeho Album Launch" on May 5, 2024. The 20-year-old artist, who began his musical journey at 17, is planning international tours in Europe, the United States, and Canada following his successful album launch.
Ndanyuzwe explained that Ndasingwa was invited to perform "because he is an excellent Christian music artist." This conference represents a significant event in Rwanda's Christian community, bringing together international and local religious figures for what promises to be an impactful spiritual gathering.
