The evangelistic organization called Baho Global Mission, in collaboration with various religions and churches operating in Mahama sector of Kirehe district, has organized a revival crusade featuring popular ministers such as Pastor Zigirinshuti Michel, Bishop Joseph Mugasa, and artists like Theo Bosebabireba and Thacien Titus, among others.
This crusade, named the Mahama Revival Miracle Crusade, will take place from July 26 to July 28, 2024, in the Congolese and Burundian refugee camp located in Mahama sector, Kirehe District.
The crusade will include teachings for different groups, including youth, women, and ministers. During the first days, these group sessions will be held in the mornings, while in the afternoons, starting from 2 PM, there will be general revival and miracle services.
Pastor Isaie Baho, the leader of Baho Global Mission and coordinator of this crusade, stated that the purpose of bringing this revival and miracle crusade to Mahama sector in Kirehe district is to help people grow closer to God and to preach the gospel to those who have not yet received salvation, as well as to pray for those with prayer requests.
Speaking to Rwandagospel, the pastor said: "The Word of God in Hebrews 13:8 says that Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. We know that Jesus preached to people, they received salvation, then He prayed for the sick and answered people's requests. In this crusade, we will follow the same pattern, and all these things will be manifested."
The pastor continued, explaining that on the first day of the crusade, which is Friday, various activities are planned. These include a football match between local teams in Mahama, a community service event uniting Christians in Mahama sector, as well as youth training sessions and separate teachings for women.
The following day, Saturday, there will be training sessions for ministers, including pastors and their assistants, in the morning hours. On Sunday, people will attend their respective churches, and in the afternoon, as on the previous days, the general crusade service will continue.
